The PSCM107 is a fully programmable wire stripping and crimping equipment, conceived to suit open barrel terminal with left side or rear feeding. It runs in connection with 135.8 mm shut heigh Mecal standard Applicator, however any Western or Asian styled Applicator with different shut height (from 115 to 190mm) and stroke (from 25 to 50mm) can be installed when using a dedicated Press set up (optional). It incorporates all state of the art features to assure the highest quality crimping on a wide range of applications. Any wire from 0.05 to 6mm² can be trimmed, stripped and cut off in case of faulty crimping. Thanks to a brilliant design, all stripping slugs are collected by means of a suction device into a little tank outside the machine. As such, the PSCM107 provides the highest flexibility and best performances on the market. No mechanical adjustments are required, any setting is easily done via Touch Screen which allows the saving of different job related set up. The PSCM107 can operate either on the crimping axis, keeping the wire in a fix position, otherwise stripping the wire beside the crimping area. Crimp Force Analyzer (TT1000), Carrier Strip Cutter, Lighting Lamp, Reel Arm, Folding Safety Cover are included in the standard configuration.

• Stripping blades can be arrested at stripping station for 10 to 2000ms, for better handling of different insulation material (silicon, PVC, etc.)
• Choise between IN-LINE stripping (on the crimping axis) and OUT-LINE stripping (away from the stripping axis, on the applicator right side). No mechanical operations required for swithhing between the two options, everything is done from touch screen
• Saving and loading of 100 different jobs (numbered 0 to 99, each containing the relevant parameters)
• 6-digit batch counter function (to manage a production batch), entered by touch-screen. Press and stripper will stop upon reaching the batch end
• Graphic representation of the batch, showing items done and accepted, items done and rejected and items to be done
• CFA can be excluded from touch screen
• Scrap cut-off excluded. When excluded, if the CFA will detect a bad crimping the stripper will stop with its jaws closed, while a on-screen message alerts the operator. Touching a button while using the supplied supervisor's system key will open the jaws
• Step-by-step mode, to allow for system setting
• In case of problem, the operator is alerted with on-screen detailed messages, which are stored in a retrievable memory
